Lindsay Poruchynsky is an associate in Chartwell Law’s New York office, where she represents insurers, businesses, and property owners in general liability matters. Lindsay guides her clients through all stages of litigation, with a particular focus on premises liability, negligent security, and trucking claims. She works closely with adjusters and medical liability experts, keeping in mind that the best advocacy may often be found in settlement.
After law school, Lindsay clerked for Superior Court Judge Daniel M. Waldman in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Before joining Chartwell Law, Lindsay practiced at a New Jersey law firm.
When not working or shuttling her kids to countless activities, Lindsay enjoys spending time reading, hiking, kayaking, and fishing with her husband and three boys.
