

Melissa K. Daniels is a skilled attorney who focuses her practice on trucking litigation and premises liability matters. She applies an analytical and thorough approach to every case, working closely with clients to evaluate legal issues, develop effective defenses, and manage each stage of litigation.
Melissa is an active member of several professional organizations supporting the defense bar and the transportation industry, including the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, and DRI. She has also been recognized as a Next Generation Leader with the American Constitution Society.
Melissa earned her J.D. from UNT Dallas College of Law in 2024. During her legal training, she contributed to multiple publications addressing issues in civil litigation, including expert witness strategy, non-economic damages, and Fifth Amendment considerations in civil cases. She is also a co-author of a peer-reviewed research article published in Sage Open.
Melissa received her B.A., cum laude, in Research Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Outside of her legal practice, Melissa enjoys genealogy and photography, interests that mirror the same curiosity and attention to detail she brings to her legal work.
