Nicolette M. Tuntigian focuses her practice on civil litigation, representing insurers and businesses in a wide range of liability matters. Her experience includes insurance defense, labor law, premises liability, construction defect, personal injury, commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and automobile accident claims.
Nicolette manages matters throughout the litigation process, from case evaluation and discovery through motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. She has experience taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, dispositive and discovery motions, memoranda of law, and other litigation-related documents, negotiating settlements, participating in mediation, and preparing cases for trial.
Nicolette works closely with clients to develop litigation strategies tailored to their unique objectives. She is skilled in legal research, coverage analysis, and advising on litigation strategy, helping clients evaluate risk and make informed decisions throughout the life of a case.
Before entering private practice, Nicolette served as a judicial law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, where she gained valuable insight into judicial decision-making and court procedures. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where she received a Merit Scholarship and was named to the Dean's List. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Delaware.
