Robert Hardeman is a workers’ compensation defense attorney practicing throughout Georgia. He represents insurance carriers, employers and third-party administrators handling matters at all stages of litigation, including at the appellate level.
Robert’s practice spans over 30 years of successfully managing workers’ compensation defense cases in the private sector and as a trial attorney for a large national insurance carrier. This experience places Robert in a unique position to fully understand his client’s goals and objectives as he openly develops his defense strategies.
Prior to joining the firm, Robert handled workers’ compensation defense matters for a large Atlanta law firm. Earlier in his career, he was a mediator for the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation, overseeing over 500 mediations.
