Taylor B. Foster represents employers, insurance carriers, and businesses in workers’ compensation and civil litigation matters. He brings extensive experience handling all phases of litigation, from early case assessment and risk analysis through discovery, motion practice, hearings, settlement negotiations, and resolution.
A significant portion of Taylor’s practice has been devoted to defending employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claims. He has evaluated compensability issues, assessed exposure, developed litigation strategies, conducted and defended depositions, prepared witnesses, negotiated settlements, and represented clients at hearings involving disputed liability and causation issues. He has also handled catastrophic injury claims and worked closely with clients to identify cost-effective solutions throughout the life of a claim.
In addition to his workers’ compensation experience, Taylor has represented clients in a variety of civil litigation matters involving personal injury, financial disputes, and other contested claims.
Throughout his career, Taylor has developed a reputation for thoughtful case evaluation and highly effective advocacy. His broad litigation background enables him to approach each matter with a deep understanding of both legal risk and client objectives.
Taylor earned his J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and received his B.A. in History from the University of Georgia. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Outside the office, Taylor enjoys playing tennis and listening to live music.
