Thomas Allmond has built a reputation as a go-to attorney for challenging, high-exposure cases involving bodily injury, premises liability, property damage, and automobile liability throughout Florida. He leads cases from inception through trial and is frequently called upon to handle mediations, arbitrations, expert depositions, and every stage of litigation.

In addition to his litigation practice, Thomas has extensive experience in construction defect litigation, business disputes, and contract matters. He is known for his leadership and mentorship of junior attorneys, having guided teams of associates and legal staff in case strategy, skill development, and billing practices.

Thomas also serves as an attorney in the United States Navy Reserve, where he has handled a wide range of criminal and civil matters—including high-stakes trials involving major felonies and civil disputes in coordination with the Department of Justice and Navy Office of General Counsel. His prior military service includes work as an all-source intelligence analyst with deployment to Iraq.

Thomas earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Mercer University Law School, where he received numerous honors for his academic and advocacy achievements. He also holds a B.S., summa cum laude, in Public Service from Middle Georgia State University.
