Chartwell Law added Victoria N. Godwin-Reese as an associate in the firm’s Deerfield Beach, Florida location. She will be focusing her practice on civil defense litigation. Godwin-Reese defends local and national companies, retail stores, restaurants, car dealerships and medical treatment facilities in a various legal matters ranging from product and premises liability to construction defect and professional negligence.
Godwin-Reese has also been retained to provide legal advice as to compliance with government regulations and has responded to requests from the FDA and EEOC.
Prior to joining the firm, Godwin-Reese was an associate with a mid-size firm in Ft. Lauderdale where she handled cases concerning professional negligence, premises liability, construction defect and breach of contract.
