Chartwell Law announces that Michele A. Lo Presti-Wouters has joined the firm as a partner. Initially she will be located in the firm’s Miami, Florida office but will transition to New York City, within the next few months.
Lo Presti-Wouters will focus her practice on insurance defense, representing both domestic and international insurance carriers, directly and through third-party administrators. She will also be working on errors and omissions coverage work, maritime matters and complex litigation issues involving construction defects, property losses, personal injury and products liability.
Prior to joining Chartwell Law, she was a partner with a large Miami based firm where she practiced insurance defense matters, maritime, construction litigation and general civil litigation.
