Chartwell Law attorneys Matthew B. Esslinger and Jonathan P. Spadea recently presented to the Capital Area Insurance Professionals Legal Update seminar in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Their presentation, “The Current State of Impairment Rating Evaluations in Pennsylvania,” focused on the legal landscape that insurers now face following the passage of Act 111. The presentation provided valuable information insurers will be able to apply to their own cases.
Uncertainty surrounding Act 111 continues, as such, Esslinger and Spadea remain committed to continue sharing information with Pennsylvania insurers on the current state of IREs.
