Jonathan P. Spadea focuses his practice on representing clients in workers’ compensation and medical fee review matters throughout Pennsylvania.

He frequently defends insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims across the state. Jon also advises insurers in medical fee review disputes, litigating billing issues between providers and payers. Known for his results-driven approach, Jon is committed to obtaining the best possible outcome for his clients—whether through prompt resolution to minimize costs or vigorous litigation when necessary. In addition to his legal practice, he regularly presents on developments in workers’ compensation and employment law matters.

Before joining Chartwell, Jon served as a law clerk for the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office and worked with another prominent law firm in Harrisburg. During law school, he was a Certified Legal Intern in the Environmental Law Clinic and earned an Honors Certificate in Environmental Law upon graduation.

Outside the office, Jon is a dedicated supporter of the Harrisburg Humane Society and an avid fan of Notre Dame Football.
