(Philadelphia, PA) — Chartwell Law is pleased to announce that Jason M. Chung has joined the firm as a Partner in its Red Bank, New Jersey office, further strengthening Chartwell’s litigation capabilities across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
Jason advises national corporations, insurers, and commercial entities in significant matters involving premises liability, construction accidents—including claims made under New York’s Labor Law—and motor vehicle accidents. His arrival reinforces Chartwell’s continued investment in experienced trial lawyers known for clear analysis and effective execution.

Throughout his career, Jason has handled significant litigation across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, skillfully guiding matters through all phases of the process. He is known for working closely with in-house counsel, carriers, and risk management professionals to improve communication, streamline reporting, and manage claims with an eye toward long-term efficiency and cost control.
In addition to his litigation work, Jason is deeply committed to mentorship and professional development. He has spent years supporting the growth of younger attorneys and believes strongly in building teams that value preparation, accountability, and collaboration—principles that closely align with Chartwell’s culture.
Jason earned his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he demonstrated early leadership through academic and organizational initiatives, and received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University, where he was also a collegiate athlete. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, as well as in federal courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Outside of his legal practice, Jason is highly engaged in athletics and education, dedicating significant time to coaching and programs that support student-athletes preparing for life beyond college.
