With a diverse litigation practice covering New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, Jason Chung represents national corporations, insurers, and commercial entities in significant matters involving commercial disputes, transportation claims, insurance defense, and product liability. Known for his forward-looking, solutions-driven approach, Jason is valued by clients for his ability to analyze challenging issues quickly, assess coverage and liability exposure, and implement early-resolution strategies that reduce risk and cost.
Recognized early in his career for his leadership and results, Jason has served as lead counsel in significant tri-state litigation, managing all aspects of discovery, motion practice, deposition strategy, negotiation, and trial preparation. He regularly partners with in-house counsel, carriers, and risk management teams to streamline processes, enhance reporting efficiency, and support long-term claims management goals. Jason is also committed to attorney development and frequently mentors associates on litigation strategy and professional growth.
Jason earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was a Business Law Fellow, founded and served as President of the Business Law Society, and participated in international pro bono initiatives. He received his B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Rutgers University, graduating through the Honors College and serving as captain of the men’s soccer team.
Outside the office, Jason is deeply involved in youth and collegiate athletics. He serves as Head Varsity Boys’ Soccer Coach at St. Thomas Aquinas High School, Director of Coaching for FC Neshanic Soccer Club, and co-founder of a Rutgers Athletics mentorship initiative that supports student-athletes preparing for life after college. He also mentors students nationwide through the Student Success Academy.
