Jason Chung, a partner in Chartwell’s Red Bank office, has been selected to the 2026 New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. This peer designation is awarded to only a select number of attorneys in each state and recognizes those who have demonstrated notable professional achievement and earned strong peer recognition early in their careers.
Jason maintains a diverse litigation practice spanning New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, where he represents national corporations, insurers, and commercial entities in matters involving commercial disputes, transportation claims, insurance defense, and product liability. He is also committed to mentoring junior attorneys and supporting their development as litigators.
Michelle L. Greenberg, Chartwell’s General Counsel, has been named to the 2026 New Jersey Super Lawyers list in the category of Employment Litigation: Defense. This recognition signifies Michelle’s extensive experience in employment litigation and her leadership in helping guide the firm’s commitment to the highest professional and ethical standards.
Michelle oversees Chartwell’s professional responsibility and ethics matters and works closely with firm leadership on risk management initiatives and firmwide policies related to professional responsibility, ethics, and conflicts of interest. Prior to joining Chartwell, Michelle spent twenty years defending healthcare and commercial industry stakeholders in employment matters and business disputes.
