Andrew Coffey is a skilled litigator who focuses his practice on general liability, employment law, and insurance coverage matters. His employment practice encompasses a wide range of issues, including matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and litigation in federal courts. Andrew brings a thoughtful approach to each case, supported by a strong background in motion practice and legal analysis.

Before joining private practice, Andrew served as a staff attorney with the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, where he gained extensive experience in appellate motion practice and opinion drafting. That experience continues to inform his work today, particularly in developing effective legal arguments and positioning cases for favorable resolution.

Andrew is also a frequent author on labor and employment law topics and has a published law review article, Feeling the Heat: The Endangered Species Act and Climate Change. He is fluent in Portuguese, allowing him to communicate effectively with a broader range of clients.

Outside the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and their three dogs. He also likes to golf, follow Formula One racing, and cheer on the Auburn Tigers and Atlanta Falcons.
