Adam Konopka is a Partner in Chartwell Law’s Chicago office. Adam bases his successful representation of transportation clients on his deep understanding of the transportation industry. He has extensive experience guiding clients through catastrophic losses, from emergency responses through subsequent litigations. Adam represents trucking clients in all types of commercial and contract disputes.

Adam is a frequent speaker at transportation industry events who serves in multiple leadership roles in legal and trade organizations. As a first-generation American citizen, he is committed to zealously representing his clients with the determination he learned from his immigrant parents.  

Before joining Chartwell Law, Adam was of counsel in the Chicago office of a regional law firm and partner at a well-respected trucking defense law firm.
