Aaron J. Rolen focuses his practice on transportation and personal injury defense, representing motor carriers, insurers, and commercial clients in high-exposure litigation. He has served as lead counsel on hundreds of cases and manages matters from rapid-response accident investigation through trial, building strong defenses tailored to each client’s unique objectives.
Aaron is particularly experienced in trucking and transportation litigation, where he advises clients on risk exposure, regulatory compliance, claims handling, and litigation strategy in the face of increasingly aggressive claims and nuclear verdict trends. He works closely with clients from the earliest stages of a claim, including on-site investigations and evidence preservation, through resolution, whether by settlement or trial.
In addition to his litigation practice, Aaron is a frequent speaker and educator, presenting to attorneys, claims professionals, and industry groups on topics such as minimizing large verdicts and understanding evolving legislation impacting the transportation industry. His ability to translate complex legal and regulatory issues into practical guidance makes him a valued resource for clients and colleagues alike.
Aaron is admitted to practice in Texas and Arkansas, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trucking Association, and several professional and community organizations.
Outside of his practice, Aaron is deeply involved in his community and family life. He serves as President of the Rivercrest Peewee Football Association and coaches youth football. Much of his time outside the office is spent supporting his three children in their many activities, from sports to dance.
