Ellen B. King practices in the areas of general litigation, insurance defense, commercial litigation, Medicare secondary payer appeals, and premises liability. She represents insurance carriers, retail organizations, third-party administrators, and businesses located in Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.

Ellen understands the importance of regular communication with clients and provides status updates and risk exposure analysis at all stages of litigation. She is always responsive and available to her clients.

Prior to joining Chartwell Law, Ellen interned for the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office Trial Division and worked as a paralegal for a large insurance defense firm in New England. While attending law school, she was editor for the New England Law Review.
