Chartwell Law Announces the Promotion of Fourteen New Partners

Chartwell Law is pleased to announce the elevation of fourteen attorneys to partners. The new partners are from the firm’s Boston, Deerfield Beach, Fort Myers, Hope Sound, Moorestown, New York, Philadelphia, and White Plains offices.

Joining a growing number of Chartwell Law partners nationwide, these new partners practice across geographic areas and industries. Their collective commitment to their craft and to Chartwell Law epitomizes the firm’s emphasis on the value of its people as it continues to expand.

Meet Chartwell Law’s newest partners:

Shannon M. Arsenault (Deerfield Beach, FL) represents employers and self-insureds in workers’ compensation and general liability matters, including personal injury and premises liability. She received her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law and her B.A. from Florida State University.

Eli J. Brotman (Hobe Sound, FL) represents employers in workers’ compensation claims, guiding clients from a wide variety of industries through settlement, litigation, or mediation. He received his J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law and his B.A. from University of Central Florida.

Colin J. Davis (Moorestown, NJ) represents employers, self-insureds, insurance carriers and adjusters in New Jersey workers’ compensation actions. He received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.

Ashley D. Fesperman (Fort Myers, FL) represents insurers, third-party administrators and employers in first-party property and workers’ compensation claims. She received her J.D. from University of Florida Levin College of Law and her B.S. from Appalachian State University.

Andrew J. Furman (New York, NY) represents insurance companies, businesses and self-insured organizations in insurance coverage, general liability, and subrogation actions. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from Columbia University.

Victoria N. Godwin-Reese (Deerfield Beach, FL) represents businesses and insurers in general liability, product and premises liability, construction, and subrogation claims. She received her J.D. from Ohio Northern University School of Law and her B.A.A. from University of Miami.

Adam J. Harrison (Boston, MA) represents insurance carriers, TPAs, and large self-insured clients in workers’ compensation actions. He received his J.D. from New England Law and his B. A. from University of New Hampshire.

Ellen B. King (Boston, MA) represents self-insured employers, construction companies, and municipalities in workers’ compensation actions. She received her J.D. from New England Law and her B. A. from University of Rhode Island.

Jason D. Lewis (White Plains, NY) represents self-insured employers, construction companies, and municipalities in workers’ compensation actions. He received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.B.A. from The George Washington University.

Chelsea C. Maukonen (Fort Myers, FL) represents insurance carriers, businesses, and self-insured entities in first-party property claims and general liability matters. She received her J.D. from Ava Maria School of Law and her B.A. from Thiel College.

H. Carton (“Harry”) Rogers IV (Philadelphia, PA) represents individuals and corporations in insurance coverage, general liability, and personal injury defense. He received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and his B.A. from University of Pennsylvania.

Kenneth P. Skibinski (New York, NY) represents businesses and not-for-profit organizations in a variety of areas, including premises liability, personal liability, construction defect and transportation. He received his J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his B.A. from University of Scranton.

Joline M. Spears (Deerfield Beach, FL) represents insurance carriers and self-insured organizations in first-party property and general liability and casualty defense matters. She received her J.D. from University of Miami School of Law and her B.B.A. from Georgia State University.
