Eugene L. Tagle is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on transportation litigation, insurance defense, premises liability, commercial litigation, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death matters. With more than 15 years of litigation experience, he represents businesses, insurers, motor carriers, and commercial clients in high-exposure cases in both state and federal courts.
A seasoned first-chair trial attorney, Eugene has developed and executed litigation strategies for six- and seven-figure claims throughout his career. He has managed high-volume litigation portfolios, supervised teams of attorneys and legal professionals, and served as lead counsel in a broad range of matters. Eugene takes a collaborative approach to litigation, partnering with clients to develop strategies that align with their unique business goals.
Outside of his practice, Eugene is committed to the legal profession through mentoring young attorneys and supporting trial advocacy programs. He has served as an attorney mentor, mock trial coach, clinic instructor, and volunteer judge, demonstrating his dedication to developing the next generation of trial lawyers.
Licensed in all Texas state and federal courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Eugene earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Trinity University.
