(Philadelphia, PA) — Chartwell is pleased to welcome Eugene Tagle as a partner in the firm's Dallas office, adding extensive trial experience to the firm's growing Texas team.

Eugene brings more than 15 years of trial and litigation experience representing businesses, insurers, motor carriers, and commercial clients in high-exposure matters. His practice encompasses transportation litigation, insurance defense, premises liability, commercial litigation, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims, with extensive experience handling cases in both state and federal courts.

Eugene has built his career guiding clients through challenging disputes while developing litigation strategies tailored to their unique business objectives. His experience handling sophisticated matters from initial evaluation through trial will provide significant value to clients throughout Texas.

Licensed in Texas and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Eugene earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School and bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Communication from Trinity University.
