Lindsay Lee represents insurers, national retail and restaurant clients, and transportation companies in complex civil litigation. Her practice focuses on premises liability and other personal injury and general liability matters in state and federal court, including high-exposure cases involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death.
Lindsay manages cases through every stage of litigation and is regularly entrusted with developing defense strategies tailored to liability, causation, and damages. She has obtained favorable outcomes through dispositive motion practice, including partial summary judgment, and has successfully defended expert challenges in personal injury litigation.
Before entering private practice, Lindsay served for three years as a staff attorney to Superior Court Judge Holly W. Veal, gaining extensive experience in motion practice and the Georgia court system.
Lindsay is actively engaged in the legal community. She develops and presents CLE programs on premises liability and related topics, including speaking at the DRI Retail and Hospitality Seminar in 2026. She previously served as Chair of the Atlanta Bar Association Board of Trustees.
Outside the office, Lindsay enjoys traveling and discovering new restaurants in the Atlanta area.
