Shannon M. Arsenault is a seasoned litigator who defends insureds in a wide range of general liability matters, including personal injury, trucking litigation, and premises liability. With extensive experience managing cases from inception through trial or settlement, Shannon is regarded for her practical judgment, attention to detail, and dedication to serving her clients’ best interests. She skillfully evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of each case, enabling her to develop focused litigation approaches that lead to timely and effective results.
Prior to beginning her legal career, Shannon worked as a high school math teacher. She also holds a Master’s degree in Education Policy, which gives her a unique perspective when representing educational institutions and understanding the challenges they face in today’s regulatory landscape.
In addition to her litigation practice, Shannon plays an active role in supporting the professional development of her colleagues and contributes meaningfully to Chartwell’s collaborative team culture. Her clients value her responsiveness, clarity, and dedication to delivering favorable results.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her favorite sports teams—especially the ones her son plays on.
