Kenneth P. Skibinski is an experienced general liability defense attorney. He represents insurance companies, hospitality companies, business owners, and commercial trucking companies, among others, in a variety of insurance defense matters as well as matters involving premises liability, Dram Shop claims, construction defect, and commercial vehicle and trucking cases.

In addition, Ken has defended school districts, YMCA’s, church groups and charitable organizations from personal injury and other tort causes of action. These claims involved negligent supervision during gym class, recess, athletics and other activities; claims related to the condition of school grounds and facilities; claims related to motor vehicle accidents involving buses and vans; and claims involving inappropriate conduct by staff.  

Ken handles all stages of litigation from inception through discovery, trial, and appeal. He fully analyzes his client’s position to develop an effective litigation strategy to achieve his client’s legal objectives. 

Prior to joining Chartwell Law, he was an attorney at a New Jersey insurance defense firm. Before that, he was an attorney at a regional insurance defense law firm where he represented clients in civil litigation and general liability claims.

In his free time, Ken coaches for Bill Brier Youth Basketball at St. Leo the Great Paris and Lincroft Little League Softball.
