He leverages his previous experience as a claimant-side attorney to represent his clients in the full lifecycle of compensation claims, including representation at hearings, settlement negotiations and depositions.
Jason D. Lewis concentrates his practice on workers’ compensation defense, representing large self-insured employers and construction companies through all aspects of litigation, from inception through trial and appeals.
Nicholas R. Switach focuses his practice on workers’ compensation handling litigation on behalf of insurance carriers and employers. Additionally, he represents public unions in matters relating to improper practices, grievances, Article 75 disciplinary matters, and contract negotiations, as well as New York State and local disability retirement claims.
