Christopher Wosleger focuses his practice on insurance coverage analysis and litigation, commercial litigation, subrogation, general liability and professional liability. Chris advises insurers and third-party administrators on first-party property damage and third-party liability claims and prosecutes and defends declaratory judgment actions relating to insurance and indemnity obligations. He also defends commercial entities in a wide range of litigations involving amateur sports, premises liability, general negligence and the New York labor laws.
Chris approaches each case strategically, focusing on the best and most cost-effective way to meet his clients’ needs, including shifting and mitigating risk whenever possible. His hard work and dedication have resulted in consistent positive results for his clients, including prevailing on motions to dismiss and summary judgment.
