(Philadelphia, PA) — Chartwell Law is pleased to announce that Kaitlin Perry has joined the firm as a Partner in its Philadelphia office. Katie focuses her practice on workers’ compensation defense, representing employers and insurance carriers throughout Pennsylvania.

Katie brings extensive litigation experience and a results-driven approach to workers’ compensation matters. She handles all aspects of claims management and litigation, including developing defense strategies, managing complex petitions, conducting and defending depositions, preparing witnesses and medical experts, presenting oral argument, and handling appeals before the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board.

In addition to her workers’ compensation practice, Katie has significant experience litigating third-party liability matters, including motor vehicle accident and premises liability claims, as well as uninsured and underinsured motorist claims. Her broad litigation background strengthens her ability to develop effective case strategies and deliver practical guidance to clients.

“Katie is an outstanding addition to our Pennsylvania workers’ compensation team,” said Partner Elizabeth S. Cavallaro. “She is a skilled litigator with strong courtroom experience and excellent client instincts. We are excited to welcome her to the firm and look forward to the contributions she will make to our clients and our team.”

Katie earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she received multiple honors in trial advocacy, including the Barrister Award in Advanced Trial Advocacy, awarded to the top student in the class.
