Hector Ledesma focuses his practice on construction liability, general liability, personal injury defense, product liability, and transportation matters. With more than 25 years of experience in insurance defense and litigation, Hector brings deep knowledge and a steady hand to liability claims involving multiple parties and significant exposure.

Hector has represented insurers, self-insured businesses, and private clients in a wide range of civil litigation, including construction defect cases, catastrophic injury claims, and commercial transportation matters. In addition to his litigation background, he has experience in both claims handling and insurance production, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the legal and business challenges his clients face. Fluent in Spanish, Hector is recognized for his ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients, witnesses, and jurors.

Hector earned his J.D. from Northern Illinois College of Law and his B.A. from Cornell University. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern Districts of Illinois and Indiana. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Arizona Bar Association. A former college rugby player, Hector applies the same resilience and focus to his legal practice that once defined his time on the field.
