Lori L. Bethea focuses her practice solely on representing the interests of national insurers, large self-insured employers and local, regional, and national employers throughout all stages of workers’ compensation litigation.

Lori L. Bethea focuses her practice solely on representing the interests of national insurers, large self-insured employers and local, regional, and national employers throughout all stages of workers’ compensation litigation.

She has extensive experience litigating the complex medical issues that often arise in workers’ compensation claims.  Lori has been defending employers and insurance carriers throughout Florida since 2004 and Georgia since 2009.  

During law school, Lori clerked for a large insurance defense firm, where she accepted an attorney position upon admission to The Florida Bar.

Lori is approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services as an instructor in the field of workers’ compensation and frequently speaks at seminars on a variety of workers’ compensation topics.  She is also a member of the Workers’ Compensation Sections of The Florida Bar and State Bar of Georgia.
